Saks OFF 5TH in Atlanta seeks a Part Time Operations Associate to manage merchandise flow, replenishment and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and expedite truck check‑ins to meet store performance standards.
- Deliver merchandise to departments following visual directives and replenish sales floor stock.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, including re‑sizing fixtures, processing go‑backs, executing markdowns, and updating signage and windows per brand standards.
- Manage merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendor (RTV) transactions with urgency.
- Keep back‑of‑house areas clean, organized and compliant with company procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist on the sales floor as required.
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects from store leadership efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience performing warehouse/stockroom duties within retail, customer service, or sales environments.
- Proven time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build cooperative relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Prior experience in retail stockroom, merchandise flow, or warehouse operations preferred; comfortable supporting both back‑of‑house and sales‑floor activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
