Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain truck check-in standards by expediting the receipt and processing of merchandise.
- Deliver merchandise to departments according to visual directives and replenish products as needed.
- Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, including resizing fixtures, putting returned merchandise away, executing markdowns, and signing fixtures and windows according to company standards.
- Maintain merchandise displays in compliance with brand standards.
- Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
- Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and complete duties in a timely manner.
- Respond appropriately to customer questions, inquiries, and needs.
- Assist on the sales floor when required.
- Follow asset protection controls and compliance procedures.
- Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience executing warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing that expertise.
