Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain truck check-in standards by expediting the receipt and processing of merchandise.
- Deliver merchandise to departments in line with visual directives and replenish products as needed.
- Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, including resizing fixtures, putting away go-backs, executing markdowns, and signing fixtures and windows according to company standards.
- Maintain merchandise displays in compliance with brand standards.
- Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
- Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized, and complete duties promptly.
- Respond appropriately to customer questions, inquiries, and needs.
- Assist on the sales floor when required.
- Follow asset protection control and compliance procedures.
- Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience performing warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
- Proven time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing that expertise.
- Ability to act promptly in routine situations and identify a clear course of action that leads to a positive customer outcome.
- Ability to operate radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
- Ability to work effectively with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
