Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a part-time Merchandising Operations Associate to support merchandise receiving, processing, replenishment, store presentation, transfers, and back-of-house organization. The role also includes customer assistance, sales-floor support, Asset Protection compliance, and assigned store projects; hourly pay is $15.00–$20.03.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expedite receiving and processing of merchandise while maintaining high-performance truck check-in standards.
- Deliver merchandise to departments in line with visual directives and replenish products as needed.
- Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, including resizing fixtures, returning go-backs, executing markdowns, and signing fixtures and windows according to company standards.
- Maintain merchandise displays in compliance with brand standards.
- Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendors.
- Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and complete duties in a timely manner.
- Respond appropriately to customer questions, inquiries, and needs.
- Assist on the sales floor when required.
- Follow Asset Protection controls and compliance procedures.
- Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience performing warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and a passion for sharing expertise.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
