Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain high-performance truck check-in standards by expediting merchandise receiving and processing
- Deliver merchandise to departments according to visual directives and replenish product inventory as needed
- Execute ongoing maintenance of selling floors and fitting rooms, including fixture resizing, go-back organization, markdown execution, and signage placement in compliance with company standards
- Maintain proper merchandise display ensuring adherence to brand visual standards
- Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Return To Vendor transactions with urgency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas and complete all duties in a timely manner
- Respond appropriately to customer questions and inquiries on the sales floor when required
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures
- Efficiently complete special projects and tasks assigned by store leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience executing warehouse duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment
- Thorough knowledge of the fashion industry and demonstrated passion for sharing expertise
- Proven ability to operate retail equipment including radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers
- Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Experience
Experience executing warehouse duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment; proven track record of time management and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities; demonstrated proficiency in fast-paced retail operations settings.
