Saks OFF 5TH seeks a detail-oriented Merchandising Operations Associate to execute flawless merchandise flow, presentation, and receiving operations across its off-price luxury retail environment. The role combines warehouse operations with visual merchandising expertise, encompassing truck check-in coordination, merchandise delivery and replenishment, fixture maintenance, and back-of-house organization in support of the customer experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, collaborative problem-solving, and an innate passion for high-end fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute truck check-in and expedite receiving and processing of all incoming merchandise according to company standards
• Deliver merchandise to departments and replenish product as directed by visual guidelines and brand standards
• Maintain and refresh selling floor displays, fitting rooms, and fixtures, including resizing, executing markdowns, and applying signage
• Ensure proper display and compliance of all merchandise with established brand presentation standards
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, and Returns to Vendor with urgency and accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within all back-of-house areas and storage facilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and questions; provide sales floor support as assigned
• Adhere to all Asset Protection controls and company compliance procedures
• Execute special projects and ad-hoc tasks as directed by store leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience executing warehouse operations in a retail, customer service, or sales environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with inventory management systems and retail technology platforms
• Ability to operate retail equipment including radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers
• Strong time management capabilities with proven ability to balance multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
• Thorough knowledge of fashion industry trends and terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster internal and external relationships

Experience

Experience executing warehouse and receiving duties within a retail, customer service, or sales environment; proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and to see tasks to completion under pressure.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 20.03 per hour.
