Role & Responsibilities
- Execute corporate visual and merchandising directives to ensure all displays, window presentations and perimeter graphics reflect seasonal themes and brand standards.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality, neatness and functionality of in-store displays; adjust presentations for new product launches and promotions.
- Manage and update in-store and promotional signage to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Lead, train and coach store associates on visual presentation techniques and merchandising standards; provide feedback to uplift team performance.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Assistant Store Directors to plan and implement visual changes driven by sales, inventory levels and seasonal priorities.
- Support inventory awareness by assisting with product organization and ensuring the right merchandise is available for display to support sales targets.
- Monitor customer engagement with displays and adapt visual strategies to enhance the shopping experience and conversion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of retail experience with a focus on visual merchandising, merchandising coordination or similar responsibilities.
- Proven ability to interpret and implement corporate visual standards and guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience training and directing frontline associates.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrable exposure to visual merchandising or merchandising coordination; prior experience leading or coaching store associates preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.31 to USD 25.39 per hour.
