Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, high‑quality customer service: greet customers, assess needs, recommend and locate merchandise, and educate shoppers on current promotions.
- Sell and support store initiatives to meet individual and store sales goals, including customer acquisition and loyalty program participation.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system, adhering to checkout and cash‑handling standards.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting room standards: execute markdowns, return go‑backs, resize fixtures, and ensure displays and signage meet brand guidelines.
