Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑quality customer service: greet customers, assess needs, recommend merchandise and close sales.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and assist customers in locating items across store inventory and channels.
- Accurately process transactions and adhere to checkout and cash‑handling standards using the POS register.
- Build repeat business and loyalty by promoting Saks credit products and enrolling customers in loyalty initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation: replenish stock, execute markdowns, maintain fitting rooms and signage to brand standards.
- Adhere to Asset Protection controls and report theft/shortage concerns through established company procedures.
- Participate in store events and complete special tasks or projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
