Role & Responsibilities
- Cover store shifts as needed to support selling and operational continuity during planned or unplanned staff absences and during peak activity.
- Engage customers proactively: greet, advise on product selection, educate on promotions and foster long‑term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Efficiently execute sales transactions and returns at the POS while adhering to checkout and cash‑handling standards.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting room standards, complete markdowns, process go‑backs and ensure displays comply with brand presentation guidelines.
- Support inventory and asset‑protection procedures, report shortages or theft, and follow company compliance protocols.
- Participate in store events and special projects as assigned by store leadership to meet sales and customer acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport and deliver a high standard of personalised service.
- Ability to operate retail equipment (POS, ticket scanners, radios) and to execute markdowns and merchandising tasks with accuracy.
