Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, high-standard shopping experience and consistently greet customers while educating them on current promotions.
- Recommend, select and locate merchandise based on customers’ preferences and product availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register and adhere to checkout and cash-handling standards.
- Build repeat business through relationship-building, customer acquisition and promoting store credit products.
- Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms—execute markdowns, put go-backs away, resize fixtures and sign displays to brand standards.
- Support store programs and selling events, complete assigned projects and contribute to team sales goals.
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures and participate in shortage/theft awareness reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
