Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, elevated customer service experience and convert interactions into sales.
- Recommend, locate and present merchandise aligned to customer needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Operate POS register to process transactions accurately and adhere to checkout standards and cash-handling procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals, promote loyalty programs and support customer acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, execute markdowns and merchandise resets with urgency and accuracy.
- Ensure store visual standards are met and support window and fixture signage as required.
- Adhere to Asset Protection controls, report shortages/theft and follow company compliance procedures.
- Support store events, promotions and special projects assigned by store leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high standards of customer service and to build lasting customer relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale operations and basic retail equipment.

Experience
Prior retail, customer service or sales experience is required; demonstrated sales results and a results-driven mindset are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
