Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Effy brand ambassador on the sales floor by delivering attentive, individualized customer service and building long‑term client relationships.
- Recommend, select and assist customers in locating merchandise that aligns with their style and needs, driving conversion and basket size.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store inventory and product assortments to provide authoritative styling guidance.
- Greet customers consistently, communicate current promotions and enhance the overall omnichannel shopping experience.
