Confidential luxury brand in New York seeks a Womens Sales Coordinator (sizes 4 & 6) to support retail sales operations and client appointments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the womenswear sales team, ensuring seamless execution of store and wholesale sales activities.
- Coordinate inventory and replenishment for key womenswear size assortments (notably sizes 4 and 6), track stock levels and communicate needs to merchandising and distribution.
- Process and manage sales orders, shipping requests, returns and sample movements accurately in the company systems.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory and KPI reports for the commercial and store leadership using Excel and internal reporting tools.
- Support client-facing activities including appointment coordination, sample preparation, fittings and follow-up communications.
- Liaise with visual merchandising, store operations and logistics teams to ensure product presentation and availability for client appointments and events.
- Maintain accurate records of product allocations, markdowns and promotional activity; assist with season open and close logistics.
- Contribute to trunk shows, private appointments and in-store events as needed, including on-the-ground coordination and post-event reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale sales support, preferably within women's luxury fashion.
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suited to liaising with clients, store teams and corporate partners.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country and flexibility for occasional weekend or evening events.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting sales operations or commercial teams in retail or wholesale, ideally within the luxury womenswear sector. Experience with inventory control, order processing and client-facing support is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, fashion or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
