Saint Laurent in Paris seeks a Women's Sales Associate (Ready-to-Wear) to deliver luxury client service in its flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value customers through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation, persuasive selling and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; ensure the boutique reflects seasonal campaigns and merchandising directives.
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge across the women's ready-to-wear collection, new arrivals and complementary accessories.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and gift receipts, and ensure strict cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory management and stockroom organisation, including receiving, replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Assist in planning and executing client events, private appointments and in-store appointments with discretion and attention to detail.
- Comply with store operational standards, brand policies and local legal requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury fashion or womenswear ready-to-wear.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exemplary client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client appointments.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment.

Education
