Saks Global Warehouse Operations Lead Day Shift position in Pinnacle Park. Lead fulfillment center operations with $17.05–$21.32/hr hourly pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Manager/Supervisor in labor allocation, meeting facilitation, and job duty assignment
- Drive daily workflow and production goals while maintaining accuracy standards
- Train and coach associates on department standard operating procedures and provide feedback to leadership
- Operate warehouse systems including RF scanners, user interfaces, and documentation systems
- Work hands-on in the fulfillment center as needed to meet operational demands
- Monitor and maintain daily and weekly reports with strong attention to detail
- Communicate vendor and processing issues to leadership team
- Verify accuracy per SOP and record/communicate discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal areas for problem resolution and troubleshooting
- Attend department meetings and provide training updates to management
- Distribute work assignments within assigned department or area as directed
- Maintain adherence to safety standards and facility compliance protocols
- Flex to other job assignments as directed by management team
- Remain focused in a fast-paced environment to meet customer service expectations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous Manager or Supervisor experience, or proven ability to achieve results through others
- Proficiency with PC applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per scheduled shift
- Flexibility to work overtime as dictated by business needs
Skills
Experience
Previous Manager or Supervisor experience, or demonstrated ability to achieve results through others in a team environment. Experience with warehouse operations, fulfillment center processes, or related logistics functions is preferred.
Education
High School Diploma required.
