Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Work across warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols and comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.
