The Warehouse Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, safety, and process improvements, serving as a departmental subject matter expert and reporting to the Department Manager. The role requires cross-department collaboration, reporting and supply tracking, and flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons or as needed. Salary range is $20.19–$22.60, with actual starting pay determined by work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Use technology platforms and data management systems to support warehouse operations.
- Serve as a departmental subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate business updates and concerns to supervisors, managers, and team members.
- Participate in department meetings and work with the training team to develop associates.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist other departments as needed based on business demands.
- Maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Work overtime during peak seasons or as business needs arise.
- Oversee department operations when a Lead or Supervisor is absent.
- Monitor and maintain daily and weekly reports.
- Track and communicate supply needs for processing stations.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally; bend, stoop, or kneel occasionally; stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts apart from scheduled breaks; and use stairs when required by the work area.
