Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards consistent with Exemplar Luxury Group (ELG) protocols
- Execute warehouse responsibilities across multiple departments, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing as operational needs require
- Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets established ELG standards and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Remain available for overtime during peak business periods to support seasonal demand fluctuations
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work flexibly across multiple warehouse departments
- Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- English proficiency to complete safety training, on-the-job training, and comply with regulatory requirements
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting, standing, and repetitive motions for extended periods
Skills
Experience
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred; however, candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
