Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise returns while maintaining departmental and ELG quality standards
- Execute warehouse responsibilities across multiple areas including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping based on operational needs
- Ensure all merchandise handling and processing complies with ELG operational protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies
- Remain available for overtime during peak business periods
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work across multiple warehouse departments
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet operational deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- English language proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements
