Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise returns while maintaining quality and productivity standards according to Exemplar Luxury Group protocols
- Execute warehouse operations across multiple departments including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing based on operational priorities
- Ensure all merchandise handling meets established ELG standards and luxury retail specifications
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient distribution environment
- Adhere strictly to operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies
- Remain available for overtime during peak seasonal business periods
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple warehouse departments
- English proficiency required for safety training, on-the-job instruction, and compliance documentation
- Ability to work night shift hours and flexible scheduling
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and warehouse equipment
Skills
Experience
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required; the position provides comprehensive on-the-job training in all warehouse functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position is USD 18.75 per hour.
