The Warehouse Associate processes merchandise to departmental and company standards, supporting receiving, stocking, fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing as business needs require. This warehouse-based role reports to the shift Supervisor and works Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; overtime availability is required during peak periods. Hourly pay is $18.00, with a geographic range of $18.27–$20.19 and starting pay determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work across multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.
