The Warehouse Associate processes merchandise across receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The role is based in the warehouse, reports to the shift Supervisor, includes cross-training across departments, and requires availability for peak-period overtime. Hourly rate: $18.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, according to operational needs.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet ELG standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.
