The Warehouse Associate processes merchandise to quality and productivity standards and works across receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing as needed. The role is based in the warehouse, reports to the shift Supervisor, and requires availability for overtime during peak business periods. The stated hourly rate is $21.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing, as needed.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

The base compensation for this position is USD 21 per hour.
