Visual Supervisor position in Boston, FL. Lead visual merchandising strategy and team across luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct visual merchandising activities across all store locations or departments
- Develop and implement strategic visual merchandising campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal collections
- Manage visual display installations, window presentations, and in-store signage to optimize product visibility and sales impact
- Train, mentor, and supervise visual merchandising team members on best practices and brand standards
- Monitor inventory and product placement to ensure optimal floor presentation and customer flow
- Collaborate with retail management, marketing, and product teams to align visual strategies with sales objectives
- Conduct regular audits of store displays to maintain consistency, quality, and brand integrity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail environment with supervisory responsibilities
