Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement all placement, standards of execution, and guideline directives with strategic oversight of overall flow, merchandising, and store layout through displays, fixtures, signing, marketing, lighting, wall presentations, and assets
- Achieve brand consistency and enhancements by supporting corporate branding initiatives, in-store campaigns, and window displays
- Take a leadership role in communication, direction, and resolving flow challenges within the store environment
- Create compelling visual impact to provide customer excitement and interest aligned with company guidelines
- Manage event planning, art exhibitions, and installation projects as required
Qualifications
- 2–4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising and/or Fine Arts concentration preferred
- 5 or more years of related visual experience in positions of increasing responsibility
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds, climb ladders, and operate equipment safely in accordance with safety regulations
- Portfolio or examples of previous work samples required
- Experience in event planning, art exhibition, or installation is a plus

5 or more years of progressive visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or comparable environments, with demonstrated expertise in store layout, display design, and brand presentation. Prior experience managing visual teams and implementing corporate merchandising standards required.
Education
2–4 year degree in Fashion Merchandising and/or Fine Arts concentration preferred. Portfolio or examples of previous visual work samples required.
