Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute seasonal visual merchandising directives across the boutique: window displays, in-store feature areas, mannequins and product adjacencies to reflect the brand’s creative vision.
  • Translate global merchandising guidelines and campaign assets into local store implementation, adapting layouts to boutique architecture and assortment.
  • Create and maintain planograms and floor sets, ensuring visual coherence, optimal product exposure and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with store management, retail operations and buying teams to coordinate stock placement, replenishment and promotional displays.
  • Source, prepare and style props and mannequins; manage fitment, lighting adjustments and signage to enhance storytelling and conversion.
  • Monitor display quality and standards daily; perform regular audits and provide feedback to store teams to sustain presentation excellence.
  • Support installation, de-installation and seasonal changeovers, including coordination with external contractors when required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ practical experience in visual merchandising or retail presentation, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable eye for composition, colour, proportion and storytelling with a strong portfolio of executed displays or window installations.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and implement brand guidelines with precision and attention to detail.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks including lifting, rigging and prolonged standing during installs.
  • Valid right to work in the country of employment and availability for some out-of-hours work for installations.
