Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement seasonal visual concepts and window schemes across the retail network, ensuring fidelity to brand directives and creative briefs.
  • Set up, dress and dismantle displays, props and fixtures in-store and on location; ensure visual standards are maintained day-to-day.
  • Translate creative sketches and technical drawings into physical executions; prepare and adapt planograms and installation notes for stores.
  • Collaborate with store management, retail operations and regional VM leads to schedule installations and manage logistics.
  • Maintain and organise props, display inventory and visual toolkits; coordinate repairs, sourcing and bespoke prop production when required.
  • Document installations with high-quality photography and updated layout plans to archive and communicate best practice.
  • Support merchandise presentation on the selling floor to maximise product visibility and commercial flow.
  • Conduct quality checks and report on compliance with visual guidelines; suggest continuous improvements to layouts and fixtures.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in visual merchandising, window dressing or retail presentation, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record executing high-standard in-store and window displays to brand guidelines.
  • Strong manual dexterity, physical stamina for on-site installations and ability to work at heights when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and instruct store teams.
  • Ability to travel regularly to boutiques and regional stores and to work flexible hours during installation periods.
