Leading luxury fashion house — Paris: Visual Merchandising Associate role executing window displays and store floor sets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute seasonal visual merchandising directions and store floor sets in accordance with corporate VM standards and the brand’s aesthetic language.
- Design, build and install window displays, in-store vignettes and focal points that drive footfall and highlight key product narratives.
- Maintain display stock, signage and props; manage asset inventory and coordinate repairs or sourcing of display elements.
- Collaborate with store leadership, regional VM managers, retail planners and marketing to implement the VM calendar and promotional activations.
- Ensure visual standards are sustained daily through team briefings, training and quality control audits.
- Contribute to planogram implementation, space optimisation and traffic-flow considerations to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Support ad hoc creative projects, photoshoots and events that require in-store staging or bespoke set dressing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in visual merchandising, window dressing or retail styling within fashion, luxury or premium retail (preferred 2+ years).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an acute attention to detail and an understanding of proportion, colour and composition.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into practical, repeatable store executions while respecting budget and timing constraints.
- Physical ability to perform installations, including lifting, ladder work and basic construction tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to train and influence store teams and to liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience
Preferably 2+ years of hands-on visual merchandising or retail display experience, ideally in luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle retail environments; experience delivering seasonal floor sets and window installations is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design or a related discipline preferred.
