Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate initiative in pre-opening selling floor readiness and preparation
- Execute all promotional and sale setups, including displays, lettering, and signage under direction of the Visual Manager
- Assist with trunk shows and personal appearance event setups and preparation
- Replenish merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units as assigned
- Follow all corporate visual guidelines and directives from the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities to support operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' visual team experience in a major multi-level department store
- Ability to use carpentry tools safely and efficiently
- Experience with painting techniques
- Knowledge of basic production and materials
- Experience with styling and fashion merchandise pulls
- Strong understanding of current fashion and art trends
- Portfolio of previously created visual projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

Experience
Minimum 2 years of visual team experience in a major multi-level department store environment, with a demonstrated portfolio of completed visual projects and proficiency in the execution of promotional displays and window installations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; visual design, merchandising, or fine arts training is beneficial.
