Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global and seasonal visual directives into compelling in-store displays, window concepts and floor sets that uphold brand codes and commercial objectives.
- Plan and execute store installations, including mannequin styling, props, signage placement and lighting adjustments to optimise product storytelling and conversion.
- Develop and maintain planograms, layout maps and fixture schedules to ensure coherent presentation across the retail network.
- Collaborate with store management, retail operations and buying teams to align stock, visual cadence and promotional activity.
- Manage on-site visual maintenance and weekly refresh cycles; supervise external fitters or temporary install teams when required.
- Document displays with professional photography and produce clear implementation guides for multi-store roll-out.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma, associate degree or equivalent in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven retail merchandising experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand — typically 1–3 years in a visual or store presentation role.
- Demonstrable portfolio of executed store displays and window installations.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into operationally feasible store solutions.
