Role & Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver website‑ready fashion and product video content produced in the RTW and product studio.
- Manage the end‑to‑end workflow for captured video assets: ingest, organize, edit, color grade, transcode and archive to meet editorial and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with in‑house photographers, videographers and production teams to translate creative briefs into finalized video deliverables.
- Develop, document and maintain video production best practices, file naming conventions, and workflow documentation.
- Onboard, train and provide oversight to additional editors and junior production staff.
- Coordinate daily production priorities to meet delivery timelines and communicate status with multiple internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Previous professional experience in studio video capture and editing within a commercial, fashion, e‑commerce or agency environment.
- Demonstrable ability to document workflows and establish repeatable production processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; patient and personable when training or guiding colleagues.
- Familiarity with studio video equipment and camera capture workflows.

Minimum of 3+ years of professional video editing or studio production experience, preferably with direct exposure to fashion, product or e‑commerce video workflows and team leadership or training responsibilities.
Education
