Trainee Talent Acquisition role in India. Support recruitment operations and candidate management within a global luxury organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews and candidate meetings
- Maintain candidate database and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across recruitment channels
- Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding materials for new hires
- Support employer branding initiatives and participation in recruitment events or campus visits
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Entry-level or fresh graduate experience in HR, recruitment, or related field preferred; willingness to learn and develop talent acquisition expertise
