Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Payroll Processing Trainee in India to support US payroll operations. Process payroll cycles, tax filings, and maintain accurate records.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for all US-based employees
- Perform state and federal tax calculations, payments, and regulatory reporting
- Manage payroll inquiries via ticketing systems and mailboxes
- Maintain payroll trackers and reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with onshore payroll teams on daily processing activities
- Ensure meticulous accuracy and completeness in all payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Aptitude to learn concepts and new tasks quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent accuracy standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy and logical thinking abilities

Skills
Experience

Education
