Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for store and corporate staff: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, POS devices and peripherals.
- Install, configure and deploy hardware and software, ensuring devices meet security and brand standards.
- Log, prioritise and track incidents using the ticketing system; escalate complex issues to senior IT teams or external vendors.
- Support point‑of‑sale operations and mobile selling tools during peak periods, product launches and events.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks: device imaging, software updates, password resets and inventory reconciliation.
- Deliver clear end‑user guidance and basic training to store teams on systems and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
