Role & Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various recruitment channels and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs
- Facilitate onboarding coordination and candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously
