Exemplar Luxury Group seeks Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and advance diversity hiring initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines for niche and high-volume roles using boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping techniques
- Provide pre-screened candidate profiles and support interview scheduling and candidate engagement during peak hiring phases
- Contribute to diversity hiring goals through targeted sourcing efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
- Collaborate with TA leadership to streamline workflows, implement process improvements, and maintain documentation compliance
- Partner with Employer Branding and Communications teams to support sourcing campaigns and hiring events
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools to maintain data hygiene, track candidate journeys, and extract analytics for decision-making
- Manage hiring trackers and recruitment management information systems with high accuracy and timely updates
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment operations in a global or high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and passive candidate engagement techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboard creation
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday and exposure to HRIS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management experience
