Role & Responsibilities
- Lead inventory and product-related processes as primary operational authority, partnering with a dedicated support associate on daily execution
- Plan, communicate, and accomplish daily operational goals with support associates, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to drive efficiency and organizational clarity
- Partner with the Director of Operations to prepare for annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round accuracy
- Build and execute multiple operational projects, including trunk shows, collection launches, stockroom reorganization, and return-to-vendor (RTV) coordination
- Coordinate critical product movements such as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams
- Align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs through ongoing collaboration with Selling Managers and Brand Managers
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Operations and Selling Managers to ensure shared understanding and support of team goals
- Maintain elevated standards for both selling floor and back-of-house environments that reflect Bergdorf Goodman's luxury positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership
- Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and lead a team toward operational excellence
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership roles within luxury retail or high-service environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail operations certification or advanced merchandising training preferred
