Role & Responsibilities
- Perform merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements to ensure luxury retail standards are upheld
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and move signage as marked
- Conduct reticketing, damage assessment, mark outs of stock, and inventory control processes
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and back-of-house areas
- Merchandise products and set up sale events and signage under the direction of managers and visual merchandising teams
- Assist with setup and takedown of in-store events and brand activations
- Follow all safety and security procedures in dock and work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or warehouse experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1 year of retail or warehouse experience required. Experience in luxury retail, order fulfillment operations, or stockroom management is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal educational qualification is required.
