Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and care
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing, and signage according to brand standards
- Manage back-stocking, stockroom organization, and maintain inventory control processes including damage documentation and out-of-stock marking
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations under manager direction
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
- Assist with visual merchandising and sale event displays under the guidance of managers and visual team members
Qualifications
- One or more year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Google Suite
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1 or more year of retail experience in a fast-paced luxury or department store environment, with demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and work collaboratively with team members.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail training or certifications are a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
