Neiman Marcus seeks Sales Support Associate in Northpark to manage merchandise operations, inventory, and client coordination in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process, track, and follow up on special orders and repair requests; communicate status to client advisors
- Assist with special events, Made to Measure services, and trunk shows; process and reconcile invoices and client orders
- Receive and check in new merchandise, including ticketing and backstock organization per divisional standards
- Place merchandise in designated departmental areas under the direction of Group Manager or Assistant Sales Manager
- Complete merchandise placements based on shifting business priorities to maintain established merchandise standards
- Process damages, reticketing, mark-outs of stock, and return-to-vendor (RTV) items
- Execute markdowns, create signage, and relocate marked product throughout the department
- Track daily reports, SPIFF entries, and receipt reconciliation; monitor department and stockroom inventory controls
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to shift focus quickly in response to evolving business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite preferred
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred for this role; candidates without prior experience but demonstrating strong organizational and operational acumen will be considered.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
