Supply Coordinator role for men's merchandise at BG Mens Store; oversee inventory and supply chain operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory movements and stock transfers between warehouse and retail locations
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across men's merchandise categories
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues
- Process purchase orders and track shipments from order placement through receipt
- Prepare regular inventory reports and analysis for management review
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Respond to urgent stock requests from retail stores and prioritize fulfillment accordingly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and business software
