Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and engaging customers with a consultative approach
- Recommend merchandise based on comprehensive product knowledge and individual customer preferences
- Maintain expert knowledge of collections and educate colleagues on new merchandise
- Execute timely follow-up on customer requests and commitments to foster loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive, welcoming retail environment
- Utilize mobile devices and clienteling tools to communicate with customers and expand personal business
- Advise customers of the benefits of the InCircle loyalty program and drive enrollment
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor

Qualifications
- Motivated and results-driven mindset with a sales orientation
- Commission sales experience in retail or luxury settings
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and navigate stairs throughout the shift
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment when applicable

Experience

Education
