Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and consultation
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling authority for designer sportswear, utilizing technology and wardrobing techniques to enhance sales
- Execute both remote and in-person client engagement using omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology to showcase products appropriately for each context
- Achieve individual sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing benchmarks through strategic business planning and outreach
- Strategize personal productivity growth through effective wardrobing, client outreach, and optimized use of selling technology and fleet-wide inventory systems
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, provide style guidance, and drive intentional traffic to the location
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, supportive work environment
- Maintain flexibility to work weekend schedules, including Friday through Sunday availability
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated commission sales experience in retail or luxury environments

Skills
Experience
Commission sales experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or designer merchandise. Demonstrated expertise in styling and fashion retail with ability to engage clients through both in-person and digital channels.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalency required.
