Role & Responsibilities
- Lead indirect sourcing initiatives for Technology categories (Infrastructure, Networking & Telecom, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Product, Cloud) and develop strategic sourcing plans that drive operational improvements and deliver on savings targets
- Conduct total cost modeling, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and inform stakeholder decision-making across multiple sourcing outcomes
- Analyze indirect spend categories and develop comprehensive plans to ensure operational success and achievement of organizational results
- Develop and implement improvements to procurement processes and policies utilizing specialized sourcing tools and best practices
- Establish and cultivate relationships with internal business stakeholders, providing regular project updates and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams (Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Legal) to support sourcing projects and related procurement activities
- Review, revise, and negotiate contract language to protect organizational interests and optimize terms
- Lead the development and management of strategic and complex contract renewals with key suppliers
- Execute supplier relationship management activities including business reviews, vendor scorecarding, and performance assessments
- Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring results align with departmental and organizational goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Strategic Sourcing for Technology categories (Infrastructure, Networking & Telecom, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Product, Cloud, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully leading sourcing projects from conception through delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and authoring of complex commercial agreements
- Strong capability in identifying and delivering measurable cost savings and value creation
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to influence and motivate across organizational boundaries
- Advanced verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, synthesizing insights, and challenging internal stakeholders with innovative thinking
- Deep understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing methodologies, tools, and best practices

5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing for Technology, which includes Infrastructure, Networking & Telecom, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Product, Cloud, and related technology categories. Demonstrated success leading sourcing projects from strategy development through contract negotiation and implementation. Proven ability to drive measurable cost savings and value while building and maintaining strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
Education
