Steward/Dishwasher position in New York, FL. Fast-paced kitchen role supporting luxury hospitality operations with competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Receive, sort, and process soiled dishware, glassware, flatware, and cookware
- Maintain clean and organized work stations in the dishwashing area
- Ensure proper storage of clean equipment and supplies in designated locations
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent cross-contamination
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding equipment or supply needs
- Monitor water temperature and chemical levels in dishwashing systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
