Role & Responsibilities
- Open the store daily, including safe, controller, and register setup with report distribution
- Process morning cash entries, bank deposits, chargebacks, and cash reconciliation
- Research and resolve customer and internal issues, including payment processing and package tracking
- Receive, verify, and properly book all jewelry merchandise in accordance with company standards
- Process re-tickets, return-to-vendor shipments, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes
- Complete and reconcile case counts with accurate merchandise entry into inventory systems
- Maintain repair logs, track vendor and local shop repairs, and process repair invoices
- Coordinate trunk show receipt, verification, setup, takedown, and results recap
- Prepare special order requests and Statements of Sale when requested
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors
- Monitor vault and safe contents for audit readiness and Internal Audit compliance
- Assist selling floor managers and associates as needed
- Process fulfillment orders and execute ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts
- Strong computer skills including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high multitasking demands
- Flexibility to work varying schedules according to business needs and attendance standards
