Specialist, Total Rewards role in India – develop compensation and benefits strategy for luxury organisation. Strategic HR position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitive salary analysis to ensure attraction and retention of luxury talent
- Administer and optimise employee benefits schemes including health insurance, pension, and welfare programmes
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Provide strategic HR advisory on remuneration and benefits-related matters to senior management
- Manage employee benefits communications and ensure transparency in reward structures
- Analyse compensation data and produce insights to support strategic workforce planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in compensation and benefits (e.g. WorldatWork, CCP) preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in total rewards strategy and programme design
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
Skills
Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or fashion sectors. Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level rewards programmes and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification; Bachelor's degree with relevant professional certifications considered.
