Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
- Manage recruitment workflows and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competency profiles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for strategic positions
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate offer letters

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
3+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality, or selective retail sectors. Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes and building talent pipelines is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD).
