Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
  • Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders to specifications
  • Execute merchandise placements and maintain product positioning standards across the store
  • Perform price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes including mark-outs and damage assessments
  • Manage backstock organization, stockroom maintenance, and merchandise accessibility
  • Support merchandise displays, sale event setup, and in-store activation implementation under manager and visual team guidance
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on the dock and throughout work areas
  • Support daily operational tasks that enhance sales performance, store profitability, and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
