Role & Responsibilities
- Model all company service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and department daily and monthly revenue objectives
- Establish and develop strong customer relationships as the designated brand expert and department representative
- Utilize the company's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Provide professional makeup consultation, application, and skincare treatment recommendations
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Serve as liaison between the retailer and vendor Account Executives, maintaining professional relationships
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and close retail sales with focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated successful sales experience with a record of exceeding quota
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and proprietary software systems
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation capabilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to take initiative independently
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a customer-focused environment, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas. Prior experience in cosmetics, skincare, or luxury beauty retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetics certification or professional makeup training is a plus.
